Okay, it's an easy mark, but the TBS "Secret Lover" ads for Lord of the Rings crack me up every time i see them.

In other easy marks, the series finale of Sex and the City is on, and the whole "inconvenient, consuming love" speech Carrie makes? Totally gets me. As does the miraculous appearance of Big in the doorway. So sappy, and so encouraging of ridiculous nonexistant true-love stereotypes that give women false hope and make us dream that some man somewhere someday will actually treat us that way. Which is a heaping, steaming pile.

But still. Hurray!!
